The namesake ingredient (Campari) gets lost in this drink albeit was only a small portion - still surprising as the bitter profile can easily overwhelm a cocktail. I recommend increasing the ratio of Campari, lowering the gin, using minimal Prosecco or making the Enzoni (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kKgoGVVFmc) instead 😉 Recipe found and adapted on Difford's Guide (still needs further tweaking!). Originally name 'Breakfast in Milan' and created at Jamie Oliver's in London - inspired by the Negroni and Breakfast Martini. INGREDIENTS - 60ml Gin (2 oz) - 10ml Campari (0.3 oz) - 30ml Lemon Juice (1 oz) - 2 Barspoons of Marmalade - 45ml Prosecco (1.5 oz) METHOD 1. Combine all the ingredients except Prosecco into your cocktail shaker 2. Shake with ice 3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass 4. Top with Prosecco 5. Garnish with a twist of lemon Music by Gurty Beats - ShakaHop: https://gurtybeats.bandcamp.com/track/shakahop-instrumental-by-gurtybeats
