In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine. Add the sugar, ground anise, and sesame. Continue wishing until well combine. 2. Add the olive oil to the dry ingredients and rub well with your hands. Pour in the milk and vinegar and knead for 5 minutes until soft and smooth. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. 3. Divide the dough into small balls (20 g), then each dough into oval shape. Spread the dough with your fingers into oval shape on the mold, then roll into finger shape as you see in the video. Place the fingers onto an ungreased half sheet pan (you'll need 2 pans). 4. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) on the center rack for 12 minutes or until golden.
