These two yellow chartreuse cocktails share the same name (Yellow Jacket) yet they are surprisingly different. The first of which comes from the team at Employees Only, New York and features reposado tequila accompanied by honeyed, herbal characteristics from the yellow chartreuse and notes of sweet elderflower.
