Di dalam mangkuk masukkan telur, gula pasir, garam, SP dan kental manis, kocok hingga pucat dan mengembang 2. Masukkan tepung terigu, baking powder dan vanili bubuk sambil disaring, aduk sesaat kemudian masukkan minyak dan susu, kocok hingga rata 3. Masukkan meses, aduk dengan spatula hingga rata 4. Oles cetakan dengan minyak kemudian isi adonan hingga ¾ bagian dari cetakan yang digunakan. Kukus selama 15 menit 5. In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt, emulsifier, and condensed milk. Mix until pale and fluffy. 2. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla powder. Mix briefly, then add oil and milk. Mix until well combined. 3. Fold in the chocolate sprinkles with a spatula until evenly distributed. 4. Grease the mold with oil and fill it with the batter up to ¾ full. Steam for 15 minutes. 5. In a saucepan, combine milk, water, salt, cornstarch, and condensed milk. Bring to a simmer, then pour into the egg yolks. Mix well and cook again until boiling while stirring. 6. Turn off the heat and add the unsalted butter. Mix until well combined. 7. Divide the sauce in half. Add cocoa powder to one portion for the Chocolate Custard Sauce.
