Fluffy, spiced and healthy sweet potato pancakes are very easy breakfast dish with the goodness of honey and walnuts which will become your kids favorite. *Ingredients: Sweet potato 2 Eggs 2 Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon Coconut milk 1/4 cup Maida 1/2 cup Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon Butter 3-4 teaspoons Walnuts 1/2 cup Honey 1/4 cup Chili flakes 1 teaspoon *Directions: 1. Firstly boil the sweet potato, mash it and keep aside. 2. Take a bowl, add eggs and whisk them by adding vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, mashed sweet potato, and coconut milk till it is smooth. 3. In a plate add all purpose flour, baking powder and mix well 4. Now add all purpose flour to the egg mixture and by mixing make it like a cake batter. 5. Then pour the batter in heat pan, add butter and cook them both sides till they get a nice color 6. Finally serve them by topping up with walnuts, honey, chili flakes.
