Thai red Turkey curry recipe for to cook a great meal, The label is in Turkish and English but says it's a product of Thailand, This flavorful stew with turkey. http://www.vahrehvah.com/stir-fried-turkey-oriental-style Turkey 250g Egg 1 no Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp Turmeric 1 Tsp Vinegar 1 Tbsp Coriander Chopped 1 bunch Cherry Tomato 50 g Red Chilly Paste 2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce 2 Tbsp Dark soya sauce 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar 1 cup fish Sauce 1 Tbsp Light Soya Sauce ¼ Tbsp Ginger Garlic chopped ¼ tbsp Spring Onion 100 g Mushroom 100 g Red Chilli Paste 1 Tbsp Oil 2 Tbsp Corn Flour 1 Cup Salt If Required Method: 1. Wash the Turkey well, & combine all ingredients of the marinade with the Turkey pieces. 2. Take a bowl add Fish sauce, Ginger garlic paste, corn flour, half an egg, mix it well. then add the turkey pieces coat them well. 3 Heat oil in a pan Fry the Turkey Pieces till crispy and brown and keep it aside. 4. Take a small mixing bowl add chilli paste, vinegar, Tomato ketchup, Light soya sauce, Dark soya sauce, and mix it well. 5. Take a pan add oil, chopped ginger, chopped Garlic, Brown sugar, Mushroom, white Pepper powder, Spring onion(white part), Turmeric powder, Then add turkey. 6. After cooking for Some time Add Cherry Tomatoes and Spring Onion toast it well 7. Garnish with fresh Spring onion and serve hot.
