Sourdough in Loaf Pan - Parchment Paper or Oil - what works better?

In this video we are looking at baking sourdough breads in a loaf pan. How do you make sure the dough does not stick to the pan? Let's have a look at 2 methods - parchment paper or oil. I'll show you what works better. Both of the doughs have around 70% hydration and are relatively sticky. So let's see what works best. Sometimes when I screw up shaping I just take the dough and toss it in a loaf pan. It works wonders and will create you a superb sandwich loaf. Update: Since making this video I have really became a fan of non stick vegetable oil. You can spray it and it really helped me to create amazing sandwich loafs. Do you have another method?
