Sambar 3 Types - Masala's - Sambhar powder - Sambhar Wet Masala - Spice Box Sambhar Powder Mix

Three Types Of Sambar Masala:- Dry Sambar Ingredients:- Coriander seeds - 3 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp Hing - ½ tsp Chana Dal - 1 tsp Pepper - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Dried Chillies - 7-8 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Rice - 1 tsp Poppy seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves Garlic - 2 cloves Rock Salt - As Required Method:- Dry roast all the ingredients on a slow flame and grind into powder. Sambar powder is ready Wet Sambar Masala Ingredients:- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Coriander seeds - 1 tsp Pepper - 1 tsp Chana Dal - 1 tsp Cinnamon - 1 Cloves - 2 Cardamom - 2 Rock Hing - 1 g Red Chillies - 4-5 Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp Ginger - 5 g Garlic - 6-7 cloves Curry leaves - 2 strings Turmeric - 1 tsp Shallots - ½ cup Tomatoes - 1 cup Grated Coconut - 1 cup Method:- In a pan add oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,pepper,chana dal,cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,hing,red chillies,fenugreek seeds,ginger,garlic and roast it till the nice aroma comes out of it. In this add curry leaves,turmeric,shallots & tomatoes,grated coconut fry them on slow flame. Let it cool down and grind into fine paste. Masala Box Powder Ingredients :- Chilli powder - 1 tsp Pepper - 1 tsp Sattu -1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Rice Powder - 1 tsp Hing - ½ tsp Method:- Take a plate add chilli powder,pepper powder,sattu,coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,rice flour,hing. Mix all of these well and instant sambar powder or masala box sambar powder is ready.
