The Saigon Cooler is a long, sweet and tart cranberry concoction. The fresh lime tames the tartness a little and the Chambord brings some fruity flavour. Try dropping the cranberry a touch or using a gin with some punch (whether it be a higher ABV or a bold flavoured gin) otherwise it will get lost easily.
