http://www.vahrehvah.com/saag-paneer-with-sour-greens-gongura-paneer-curry Paneer 200 g Sour greens (Gongura) 200 g Green chilly 5 n Onions 1 n Salt Oil for fry Cumin seeds 1 ts Curry leaves 2 sp Turmeric pinch Chilly powder 1 ts Coriander powder 1 ts Ginger 1 inch piece Garlic 6 cloves Heat oil in a pan add ginger, garlic pieces, slit green chilly, onions, salt, sauté it and add sour green (Gongura) cook this till it is tender. Let it cool down then put it into the blender and make a paste.
