Rum chicken fry drunken peanut masala In a pan add 2tbs of oil Add 6 gundu red chillies Add 1tsp of mustard seeds Add 2sprigs of curry leaves Add ½ cup of onions And mix it nicely. Add 1tsp of salt Add 2tsp of ginger garlic paste Add 1/4cup of tomatoes Add 500 grams of chicken And cook it. Then add 1cup of water And cook for 5 minutes. Add 4 green chillies Add 1/2tsp of pepper powder And cook it dry. And add garam masala And 1cup of rum and mix it nicely. Transfer in to a plate. In the same pan put ½ cup of liver pieces Add 1cup of boiled peanuts with water And cook for 5 minutes.
