Potong-potong ayam kemudian marinasi dengan bawang putih halus dan jahe parut 2. Masukkan garam, gula pasir, kaldu ayam bubuk, merica, baking powder, tapioka dan telur, aduk rata. Diamkan minimal 15 menit 3. Balurkan ayam ke dalam tepung tapioka, aduk rata dan diamkan beberapa saat 4. Goreng ayam di api besar hingga membentuk struktur luar yang kering lalu kecilkan api dan goreng hingga matang, tiriskan 5. Geprek bawang putih dan iris besar bawang bombai 6. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga wangi kemudian masukkan bawang bombai, tumis beberapa saat hingga wangi 7. Kecilkan api, masukkan saus tiram, kecap maggi, kecap manis, kecap inggris, margarin dan gula pasir, besarkan api dan masak sesaat 8. Masukkan ayam yang sudah di goreng, aduk hingga merata. Slice the chicken into pieces, then marinate with minced garlic and grated ginger. 2. Add salt, sugar, chicken powder, pepper, baking powder, tapioca flour, and egg. Mix well. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. 3. Coat the chicken with tapioca flour. Coat well, and let it sit for a while. 4.
