REMEMBER THE ALIMONY - Modern Negroni Variation with Cynar

Remember the Alimony is a modern low ABV Cynar and sherry cocktail. First created by Dan Greenbaum in 2012 whilst behind the stick at short-lived New York City cocktail bar, The Beagle. The Remember the Alimony is reminiscent to a classic Negroni with the same base of gin, bitter (Cynar in place of Campari) and fortified wine (Fino dry sherry in place of Sweet Vermouth).
