Panaskan wajan, panggang roti hingga kecokelatan. Biarkan dingin beberapa saat lalu potong-potong 2. Di dalam wajan masukkan roti, bawang putih yang dicincang halus dan mentega, masak di api kecil hingga wangi lalu masukkan parsely kering, masak sesaat 3. Iris jamur champignon, shitake, bawang bombai dan bawang putih 4. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih hingga wangi dan sedikit kecokelatan kemudian masukkan jamur, seledri, bay leaf dan thyme kering, tumis hingga kecokelatan. Sisihkan sedikit jamur 5. Masukkan mentega tawar dan tepung terigu, masak sesaat lalu masukkan air, masak selama 2 menit. Sisihkan seledri dan bay leaf kemudian blender hingga halus 6. Cook over low heat until fragrant, then add dried parsley and cook briefly. 3. Slice the champignon, shiitake, onion, and garlic. 4. Heat a little oil.
