Bersihkan ikan dan sayat-sayat 2. Iris jahe, potong besar sebagian daun bawang dan iris, cincang halus bawang putih dan iris cabai merah keriting 3. Di dalam piring tahan panas, susun daun bawang, ikan dan jahe. Kukus selama 8-10 menit di api besar 4. Di dalam mangkuk campurkan kecap asin, saus tiram, kaldu bubuk, gula pasir dan air, aduk rata 5. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga wangi kemudian masukkan cabai merah keriting dan daun bawang, tumis hingga wangi 6. Masukkan campuran saus, masak beberapa saat 7. Siram saus di atas ikan dan tuang minyak wijen 8. Tim ikan siap disajikan =================== [ENGLISH] Steamed Gourami Recipe (yield 3-4 servings) Ingredients: 1 whole gourami (650 g) 4 cm ginger 1 stalk green onion Sauce ingredients: 5 clove garlic 2 pc red curly chili 1 stalk green onion 2 tbsp cooking oil ½ tbsp sesame oil (optional) 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp stock powder 1 tbsp sugar 75 ml water Add-on: White rice Steps: 1. Clean and score the fish. 2. Slice the ginger. Chop part of the green onion into large pieces and some into thin pieces. Finely chop the garlic and slice the curly chili. 3. On a heatproof plate, arrange the green onion, fish, and ginger. Steam for 8-10 minutes over high heat. 4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, stock powder, sugar, and water. Stir well. 5. Heat oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add red chili and green onion. Sauté until fragrant. 6. Add the sauce mixture and cook briefly. 7. Pour the sauce over the fish and drizzle with sesame oil. 8.
