PEYCHAUD’S PALOMA - Tequila, Grapefruit with Cherry + Spice!

Peychaud's Paloma - how looks can be deceiving! Peychaud's Bitters has a sweet, cherry, clove and nutmeg flavour that can easily overtake a drink in high measurements (such as this). The Peychaud's Paloma (in these ratios) is a little overpowering. Whilst it looks stunning visually, I would advise lowering the Peychaud's by 15mL (half an ounce).
