PANJIRI, PINNI AND SUGARCANE SHIKANJI - ये video dekhkar गाँव ki yaad na aaye to paise वापस 🥲 Stay healthy this winter with this Biji spl recipe for Panjiri & Pinni. *********************** 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗭🥘𝗡 𝗦𝗛🍳𝗣 🔪Knives I use -https://amzn.to/3DLybrO 🛒RB Store - https://www.amazon.in/shop/chefranveer 📟Kitchen Appliances - https://bit.ly/KitchenAppliancesIUse *********************** ⏩𝓒𝓵𝓲𝓬𝓴 𝓽𝓸 𝓢𝓾𝓫𝓼𝓬𝓻𝓲𝓫𝓮 : https://goo.gl/UE2pmL *********************** 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼: Til Laddu & Chikki - https://youtu.be/-sz2N_rmxpY 3 Dry Fruit Mithai - https://youtu.be/wPWm7LqImoU *********************** PANJIRI, PINNI AND SUGARCANE SHIKANJI Preparation time 10 minutes Cooking time 30-40 minutes Serve 6-7 Ingredients For Frying Nuts 500 gms Ghee, घी 50-60 gms Edible gum, गोंद 150 gms Almonds, roughly chopped, बादाम 150 gms Cashew Nuts, roughly chopped, काजू For Panjiri Remaining ghee, घी 1 kg Whole wheat flour, गेहूं का आटा 1 tsp Black peppercorns, crushed, कुटी हुई काली मिर्च 1 tsp Carom seeds, अजवाइन Fried Nuts & Edible gum, तले हुए मेवे और गोंद 1 tbsp Dry ginger powder, सोंठ का पाउडर 200 gms Powdered sugar, पिसी हुई चीनी 150 gms Sugar, चीनी For Sugarcane Shikanji 1 cup Sugarcane jaggery, grated, गन्ने का गुड़ 1 inch Ginger (peeled & grated) अदरक 1 cup Hot water, गरम पानी 2 cups Water, पानी ¼ tsp Black pepper powder, काली मिर्च का पाउडर 2-3 tbsp fresh Mint leaves, roughly torn, पुदीना पत्ता A pinch of salt, नमक 1 tbsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस For Garnish Almonds, sliver, बादाम Process For Frying Nuts ● In a handi or kadai, add ghee, once it's hot, add edible gum and fry them until golden in colour. ● Transfer it to a tray and keep it aside for further use. ● In the same handi or kadai, add ghee, once it's hot, add almonds, cashew nuts and fry them until golden in colour. ● Transfer it to a tray and keep it aside for further use. For Panjiri ● In the same handi or kadai, add remaining ghee, once it's hot, add whole wheat flour and dry roast it for 25-30 minutes until it's golden in color. ● Add crushed black peppercorns, carom seeds, fried nuts & edible gum, dry ginger powder and give it a good mix. ● Transfer it to a big tray or parat and keep it aside to cool down at room temperature. ● Add powdered sugar, sugar and mix it well. ● Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with almond slivers. ● Serve with hot milk.
