Make and Freeze this Paneer Samosa and save yourself some hassle this Ramzan. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #makeandfreeze #arraywah Ingredients: -Paneer (Cottage cheese) 350g -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 Cup -Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Chicken powder ½ tbs (optional) -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup -Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup -Samosa sheet/Manda patti as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -Chop coarsely cottage cheese & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent. -Add ginger and mix well. -Add capsicum,cottage cheese and mix well. -Add green chilli,black pepper crushed,salt,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes. -Let it cool. -Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and mix well. -Take samosa sheet/manda patti and make pocket,add paneer filling in the center (1 tbs) and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour slurry. -Similarly make other samosas (makes 20-25). -Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month. Deep Fry: -In wok,heat cooking oil and deep fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy. Bake: -Brush paneer samosa with oil & bake in preheated oven at 200C 20-25 minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes). Air Fry: -Brush paneer samosa with oil & air fry in preheated air at 200C fry for 10-12 minutes (flip in between once after 5 minutes).
