“OOPS! All Nuts” Granola | Minimalist Baker Recipes

“OOPS! All Nuts” Granola is here! Perfect for grain-free folks OR those days when you just want SUPER nutty granola for topping oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, or fruit. TONS of protein, healthy fats, + easy to make! You hardly need to measure anything (the DREAM). SAVE it to try + share with a granola-loving friend! GRANOLA ~1 1/4 cups raw walnuts ~3/4 cup pecans ~3/4 cup slivered almonds ~1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes SAUCE ~⅓ cup tahini ~¼ cup maple syrup ~3 Tbsp coconut oil Dash each salt + cinnamon Fill your granola jar with desired amount (suggested measurements above) of walnuts, pecans, almonds, and coconut (the ratio of nuts / coconut flakes is flexible). In a bowl mix tahini, maple, and coconut oil. Add granola mixture, salt, cinnamon, and stir to coat. If it looks dry, add a bit more maple or oil. If it looks too wet (soupy), add more dry ingredients of choice (recipe is pretty forgiving). Add to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake @ 325F for 15-20 minutes, or until evenly golden brown (no need to toss halfway through). Remove from oven and DO NOT TOUCH for 15-20 minutes to allow for clumps. Break into clusters and transfer back to granola jar. DELICIOUS over fruit, granola, yogurt, waffles, pancakes, blueberry milk, and more! Store covered at room temperature for ~1-2 months. FOLLOW US!
