Please click this link to donate: https://www.paypal.me/suhasdishes Ingredients: 3 tbsp (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil 3/4 cup (95 g) chopped onions 4 cloves minced garlic + 1/2 tsp salt 200 g (4 oz) shredded top sirloin or ground beef 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp 7 spices 2 small tomatoes (200 g), peeled and diced 1/2 cup (75 g) chopped carrots 1/2 cup (65 g) chopped celery 4 cups water + 1 chicken bouillon or 4 cups low sodium chicken stock 3/4 cup tomato sauce 1/4 pound elbow macaroni (113 g) 1 tsp dried basil 11/2 tsp dried oregano pinch of black pepper 🌹Instructions🌹 1. In a medium pot, heat the olive oil on heat heat. Add onions and sauté until softened about 3 minutes. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds, then add the meat stirring to combine. Cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic powder, paprika, 7 spices, and salt, stirring to combine. 2. Add the carrots, celery, and tomatoes. Mix well to combine. Cook covered on medium-low heat for about 8 to 10 minutes. 3. Pour in the water and the chicken bouillon cube, cover and bring to a boil Instructions: 1. In a medium pot, heat the olive oil on heat heat. Add onions and sauté until softened about 3 minutes. Add in the pasta, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, and black pepper. Bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 20 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and leave the pot covered for 10 minutes. Serve hot with your choice of grated cheese on top, I like parmigiano reggiano or gruyer cheese. then reduce the heat to low and simmer covered for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 4. Add in the pasta, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, and black pepper. Bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 20 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and leave the pot covered for 10 minutes.
