Fresh Dal and crunchy muruku or chakli is one of my favorite combination Sesame seed murukku Ingredients;- Rice flour - 200 grams Urad dal - 50 grams Sesame seeds - 30 grams Hing - pinch Butter - 4 cubes Salt - to taste Oil- for frying Water - as required method;- Heat a pan add urad dal and dry roast in a slow flame. Transfer into a blender and grind into fine powder. Heat a pan add water, salt, butter, hing, and boil it. Take a bowl add some rice flour, grinded urad dal, sesame seeds, hot water and mix it well. Take small dumplings and place murukku machine And press into hot oil. Once it becomes crispy transfer in to a plate. Now sesame seed murukku is ready to serve. Green Chilli Dal Take a pan Add 2 tb spn of Oil Add 1 tsp of Mustard seeds Add 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds Crush the Garlic in a Din-Chick (Pestle) Add Crushed Garlic Add Deseeded Green Chillies Add ½ cup of Tamarind Juice Add a pinch of Turmeric Add 2 bunches of Coriander Add Boiled Toor Dal Add Salt to taste Cook it for 3 - 4 Minutes Switch off the Flame & Serve Hot #vahchef
