Marinasi paha ayam filet dengan saus teriyaki, aduk rata. Diamkan selama 2 jam atau semalaman di dalam kulkas 2. Potong-potong sayap ayam dan iris jahe kemudian masukkan ke dalam presto beserta bawang putih dan air. Presto selama 60 menit 3. Di dalam food chopper, masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan minyak, haluskan kemudian masak hingga kecokelatan, sisihkan 4. Blender halus ayam yang sudah di presto kemudian saring. Chop the chicken wings and slice the ginger, then put them in a pressure cooker along with garlic and water. Cook for 60 minutes. 3. In a chopper, blend the shallots, garlic, and oil until smooth, then cook until golden brown. Set aside. 4. Blend the pressure-cooked chicken until smooth, then strain the broth. Let it sit in the fridge overnight. 5. Cook the Teriyaki Chicken in an air fryer at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. 6. Slice the Teriyaki Chicken, drizzle with aromatic oil, then torch it for extra flavor. 7. Heat the ramen broth. In a serving bowl, add soy sauce, katsuobushi powder, mushroom bouillon, sugar, rice vinegar, ramen broth, ramen noodles, and aromatic oil. 8.
