Moong Dal Halwa is one of very popular sweets in India and often i found it to be served in buffets in many Restaurants INGREDIENTS: Moong dal - 250 gms Ghee - 300 gms milk khoya (grated) - 100 gms Sugar - 1 cup Water - As Required Cashew nut - 10 nos. Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp Raisins - 10nos. DIRECTIONS: Firstly, soaked the moong dal 3 hours and grind into a fine paste. Heat ghee in a kadai, add moong dal paste cook it keep mixing continuously when the moisture out of the halwa. Then add milk khoya, sugar, water cook it well. Keep mixing continuously.
