Gawar beans keema is very popular in South India, it is prepared regularly in Hyderabad, Gawar Beans keema served with Rice or Roti. http://www.vahrehvah.com/mince-meat-and-beans-masala Ingredients: Cluster Beans(Gawar Beans) 250g Keema 500g Medium Onions (sliced) 2no. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp Cumin seeds 1tsp Turmeric ¼ tsp Coriander (ground) 2 tsp Salt to taste Chilly Powder 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Green Chillies 3 no. Coriander leaves 1 bunch Curry leaves 1 sprig Mint leaves 1 bunch Whole garam masala (each) 2 no. Water as required Method: Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, sliced onion, Turmeric, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, whole garam masala, salt, saute it for few minutes. Add Gawar beans, keema, add some water put the lid on and let it cook till the gawar beans and keema is tender, add coriander powder mix it well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. Serve this hot with rice or Roti.
