Meat Cauliflower Rice Recipe

1 tsbp olive oil 1 diced onion 1kg ground lamb meat (lamb mince) 1/2 tbsp black pepper (+1/2 tbsp into the liquid) 1/2 tbsp salt (+1/2 tbsp into the liquid) 1 tsp cumin (+1 tsp into the liquid) 1 tsp ground coriander (+1 tsp into the liquid) 1 handful of basmati rice (+4 handfuls into the liquid) 1 whole cauliflower (cut into pieces) 1.7L boiling water 5 tsp beef stock powder (or, according to package) Method 1. Add the olive oil to a pot and heat it up on medium high. Add diced onion and sautee for a couple minutes or until fragrant. 2. Toss in the meat and break it up. Cook until brown. Add black pepper, salt, cumin, and ground coriander and stir well. 3. Add a handful of rice and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cauliflower and toss around for 1 minute. 4. Add water, remaining spices, and beef stock powder. You could also pre-mix the stock with the water prior to adding. Mix it thoroughly and allow it to come to a boil. Turn it down to low and simmer with the lid on for 20 minutes. 5. Now shut up and eat your f*cking food. HAGFD. #cauliflower #lamb #rice #dinner
