LITTLE ITALY Cocktail Recipe - Amaro Manhattan riff!

The Little Italy was created by Audrey Saunders of the Pegu Club bar in NYC. A subtly bitter variation on the classic Manhattan using the bitter Italian liqueur, Cynar. INGREDIENTS - 60mL Rye Whiskey (2 oz) - 22.5mL Sweet Vermouth (¾ oz) - 15mL Cynar (½ oz) METHOD 1. Combine all ingredients into your mixing glass 2. Stir with ice for around 30 seconds 3.
