Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Leftover roti 4 -Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs -Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs -Kishmish (Black raisins) 2 tbs -Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) chopped 2 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs -Sugar 4-5 tbs -Water 2 tbs -Milk powder 2 tbs -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp Directions: -On a heated griddle,toast leftover roti on medium flame from both sides (2-3 minutes). -In a chopper,add roti & chop coarsely. -Take out in a bowl & set aside. -In a frying pan,add clarified butter & let it melt. -Add almonds,black raisins,dried coconut,pistachios & fry for 1-2 minutes. -In coarsely chopped roti,add fried nuts & mix well. -In the same frying pan,add sugar,water & cook on low flame until sugar is dissolved & thick syrup is formed. -Add sugar syrup in the bowl of roti mixture & mix well. -Add milk powder,cardamom powder & mix well. -With the help of greased hands,take a mixture,press gently & make laddu of equal sizes. -Let them set (15 minutes) & serve (makes 12).
