Prepare Dough: -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles. -Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed. -Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes. -Take a small dough (150g) & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Sprinkle dry flour & cut into thin strips with cutter. -Gather all layers together & stretch slightly then round into circle shape. -On griddle,place paratha & fry from both sides until done with cooking oil. -In the centre of the paratha,add cooking oil,eggs,cover & cook until done. -Add qeema filling,green chilli,fresh coriander,tomato ketchup,cover & cook on low flame for a minute & serve (makes 3).
