The Juliet & Romeo cocktail features a London dry gin with citrus, aromatics, cucumber and mint. INGREDIENTS - 60mL London Dry Gin - 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice - 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1) - 4 Drops of Rosewater - 3 Drops of Angostura Bitters - Cucumber - Mint - Pinch of Salt HOW TO 1. Add a few pieces of cucumber and the salt to your cocktail shaker 2. Muddle then add the remaining ingredients excluding the bitters 3. Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass 4. Garnish with a mint sprig 5.
