MINT RICE Heat a pan add 4 red chillies Add 1 tsp of chana dal Add 1 tsp of urad dal And dry roast it. Then add 1 tsp of pepper Add 1 tsp of tamarind piece Add 5 garlic pods Add 2 pinches of hing Add 1 cup of mint leaves Transfer into a blender jar And grind in to coarse powder. Heat a pan add 2 tb spn of oil Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds Add ½ cup of peanuts Add 1 tsp of chana dal Add 1 tsp of urad dal And saute it. Now add ½ tsp of turmeric powder Add ½ cup of chopped onions Add 1 tb spn of green chillies Add grinded masala powder Add 1 tsp of salt and mix it nicely. Now add 1 cup of boiled rice and mix it again. YAM RAW TOOR DAL SPICY CURRY In a bowl add water pinch of turmeric powder And add yam pieces and for some time. Take a pan add 4 red chillies Add 1tsp of coriander seeds Add 1tsp of pepper Add 1tsp of cumin seeds Add 1tsp of chana dal Saute for a minute. Then make it fine powder. Heat a pan add 1tbs of oil Add 1tsp of mustard seeds Add 1/2tsp of fenugreek seeds Add 4garlic pods Add 1/2cup of chopped onions Add 4 green chillies Add 1/2tsp of turmeric powder Add 1tsp of salt Add 2sprigs curry leaves Add 1/2cup of raw toor dal Add 1/2cup of brinjal pieces Add 1cup of water and bring it to boil.
