In this video I will show you how to warm up bread in your oven. Your bread will taste fresh again like it was just freshly baked. The problem with not using a water source for the warm up is that your bread will lose moisture. This means your bread will become crispier. If you want that, skip the water source. if you want it to taste almost fresh again, add the water source. It really does wonders. When you have a sourdough that is rather sour your bread has a very long shelf life.
