Simply enough but a little bit of technique will help get the temperature of your drink down whilst maintaining the ideal dilution. DIRECTIONS 1. Hold the top of the bar spoon between your thumb and index finger. 2. Align your middle finger beside your index finger. 3. Hold your bottom two fingers (ring and little finger) on the opposite side of the bar spoon. 4. Place the end of the spoon into the mixing glass - between the glass and ice. 5. Rotate the spoon around the mixing glass - hold the bar spoon with your thumb and index finger whilst letting the spoon rotate between your middle and ring finger.
