Please click this link to donate: https://www.paypal.me/suhasdishes المقادير: كيلو او 2 باوند افخاذ دجاج 3 ليتر ماء المطيبات: (بصلة كبيرة مقطعة اربع اقسام. ضلعان من الكرافس المقطع. عود قرفة. ورق غار عدد 3. حب هال عدد 10. ثوم مقطع عدد 2) 2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح ضلعان كرافس مفروم (150 غرام) 3 جزر مفروم (200 غرام) ثلث كوب (40 غرام) بصل مفروم 150 غرام نودلز او معكرونة 1 مكعب مرقة الدجاج نصف ملعقة صغيرة سبع بهارات ربع ملعقة صغيرة قرفة رشة فلفل اسود ملعقة صغيرة ملح ربع كوب (25 غرام) بقدونس مفروم ناعم ربع كوب (25 غرام) بصل اخضر مفروم ناعم فيديو خلطة السبع بهارات على الرابط التالي: https://youtu.be/amQBOQIIHoY Chicken Noodle Soup Ingredients: 1 kilo or 2 pounds chicken leg quarters 3 liters water Aromatics: (1 large onion cut into quarters, 2 celery ribs cut into chunks, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 bay leaves, 10 cardamom pads, 2 cloves sliced garlic). 2 tsp salt 2 celery ribs, chopped (150 g) 3 carrots, chopped (200 g) 1/3 cup (40 g) chopped onions 150 g wide egg noodles 1 chicken bouillon 1/2 tsp 7 spices 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt pinch of black pepper 1/4 cup (25 g) finely chopped parsley 1/4 cup (25 g) finely chopped green onions Seven spices mix video on this link: https://youtu.be/amQBOQIIHoY 🌹Instructions🌹 1. In a large pot, place the chicken and pour in the water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. 2. Skim the foam that floats to the surface, using a large spoon and discard. 3. Add aromatics and 2 tsp salt. Cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 4. Remove the chicken to a plate and carefully strain the broth through a fine strainer into another pot. If the second pot  isn't large enough, transfer the broth back to the first pot. 5.  Add chopped celery, carrots and onions, chicken bouillon, 7 spices, cinnamon, black pepper, and 1 tsp salt. Stir and cook covered on medium heat for 20 minutes. 6. Meanwhile, when the chicken is cool enough to handle, discard the skin and bones. Shred or chop the chicken pieces. Set aside 7.  Add the noodles and stir well. Cover and let cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn the heat off. Add the chicken pieces, parsley, and green onions.
