Please click this link to donate: https://www.paypal.me/suhasdishes المقادير: كيلو لحمة بقر مقطعة شرائح للتتبيلة: ملعقتان صغيرتان بابريكا ملعقة صغيرة ونصف كمون نصف ملعقة صغيرة من كل من: فلفل اسود. قرفة. هال. عقدة صفرا (كركم). كزبرة. زنجبيل. كبش قرنفل. ملح أربع فصوص ثوم مهروسين مع نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح نصف كوب (120 مل) زيت نباتي نصف كوب (120 مل) خل التفاح للطرطور (صلصة الطحينة): نصف كوب (120 مل) طحينة ربع كوب (60 مل) عصير الليمون الحامض ثوم مهروس (عدد 2) مع نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح ربع كوب (60 مل) ماء المواد الباقية: بندورة عدد (4) مخلل خيار عدد (4) ورق نعناع بصلة كبيرة مقطعة شرائح بقدونس مفروم (50 غرام) او باقة صغيرة اربع ملاعق صغيرة سماق سمنة او زيت لقلي اللحمة زيت زيتون لقلي البندورة خبز لبناني Ingredients: 1 kilo (2 pounds) top sirloin steak, sliced (see the video) Marinade ingredients: 2 tsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp each: black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, coriander, ginger, cloves, and salt 4 cloves minced garlic + 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable or canola oil 1/2 cup (120 ml) apple cider vinegar For the tahina sauce: 1/2 cup (120 ml) tahina 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice 2 cloves minced garlic + 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup (60 ml) water Other ingredients: 4 tomatoes, sliced 4 pickled cucumbers fresh mint leaves 1 large onion, sliced 50 g chopped parsley (1 small bunch) 4 tsp sumac ghee or oil for frying the meat and the tomatoes. pita bread 🌹Instructions🌹 1. In a large bowl place all marinade ingredients and wisk well. Add the sliced meat and mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. 2. Make the tahina sauce: In a measuring cup or medium bowl, whisk the tahina and lemon juice. Add the garlic and water and mix well. set aside. 3. Slice the tomatoes to thick slices, then slice the pickles. In a medium bowl, mix the sliced onions, parsley, and sumac. Set aside. 4. In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp ghee (or oil) on high heat. Fry the meat in batches for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat to a heat proof container and cover to keep the meat hot. 5. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the same pan, and arrange the tomato slices.
