If you can't stand a few naughty words, then this is not the place for you. 0:00 - Let's begin 0:37 - Recipe time 2:56 - Which sugar? 3:55 - Taste test INGREDIENTS 6 eggs (yolks only) 100g white granulated sugar splash of vanilla extract / 1 vanilla bean scraped 500g thickened cream/heavy cream caster sugar/white granulated sugar for the top OVEN 150°C/300°F for 30-50 minutes. Depends on your oven. Mine is fan-forced (convection) and it worked great for 35-45 minutes.
