Peruvian Paloma Cocktail Recipe: For those not familiar with the Paloma, it is a tequila based cocktail with grapefruit soda and a squeeze of fresh lime. We're putting a twist on the traditional Paloma by using Pisco with ruby red grapefruit which are currently in season.
