Storage: -Dry & clean jar. -Can be stored in airtight glass jar for up to 1 month (cool & dry place). -Yields: 800g,enough to make 3-4 litres of sheer khurma. Prepare Sheer Khurma with Instant Sheer Khurma Mix (Preparation time: 25 minutes): -In a pot,add milk and bring it to boil. -Add instant sheer khurma mix (1 cup),mix well and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes or until thickens & keep mixing in between. -Take out in a serving dish and refrigerate until chilled. -Garnish with pistachio,almonds,dry dates & serve!
