Potong memanjang tempe dan iris miring 2. Di dalam mangkuk, masukkan bumbu marinasi tempe instan, maizena dan air, aduk rata kemudian masukkan tempe, aduk rata 3. Panaskan minyak, goreng tempe hingga kecokelatan, tiriskan 4. Di dalam food chopper, masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai rawit merah, cabai rawit hijau dan daun jeruk, haluskan 5. Slice the tempeh lengthwise, then diagonally. 2. In a bowl, mix the instant tempeh spice mix, cornstarch, and water until well combined, then add the tempeh and coat evenly. 3. Heat oil. Fry the tempeh until golden brown, then drain. 4. In a chopper, chop the garlic, shallots, red and green Thai chilis, and kaffir lime leaves until smooth. 5. Sauté the blended spices over medium heat until fragrant. Then, add water, mushroom bouillon, sugar, pepper, tamarind juice, and tempeh. Stir-fry briefly. 6.
