GUN POWDER AND GHEE DOSA WITH SAGO BATTER

A kind of dosa which is enriched with ghee and gun powder as a topping. http://www.vahrehvah.com/gun-powder-and-ghee-dosa-with-sago-batter Ingredients: Rice 2 Cup Sago pearls or Sabudana 1 Cup Urad dal 1 Cup Ghee 2-3 Tablespoons Gun powder 3-4 Tablespoons Directions: 1.Soak rice, sago pearls, urad dal, separately in water for about 4 hours, drain the water and blend to a fine paste. 2.Keep this batter in a warm place to ferment (for 10 €“ 12 hrs) and then use to make the dosa. Add little salt and mix well. 3.Take a spoon full of batter and pour it onto a hot tawa, spread evenly in circular motion to make thin dosa. 4.Drizzle some ghee on the edges and center and then sprinkle some gunpowder all over the dosa and fry until crisp and golden in color. 5.
