INGREDIENTS - 45mL Gin - 22.5mL Green Chartreuse - 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice - 15mL Rich Sugar Syrup (2:1) - 15mL Egg White HOW TO 1. Dry shake the egg white (see video below) 2. Add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker 3. Shake & strain over ice into a double old fashioned glass 4.
