2 words: Ginger Latte. This easy 3-ingredient ginger latte has been my best pal when feeling under the weather, having cramps, or having abdominal discomfort. It’s soothing, comforting, gingery, and subtly sweet. Enjoy, friends! INGREDIENTS 1 handful fresh ginger, scrubbed clean (no need to peel) ¾-1 cup filtered water INSTRUCTIONS: Blend until smooth, then strain in a nut milk bag or clean towel. Add 4-6 Tbsp to a frother or stovetop pan along with 1 1/4 cups milk of choice. Sweeten to taste. Add more ginger (juice or powdered) to taste, and a dash of turmeric for color. Leftover ginger juice will keep in the fridge for 1 week. Freeze into ice cubes as needed. FOLLOW US!
