The South Slope was created by Michael Madrusan whilst living in the Brooklyn South Slopes area. Michael is a well known bartender, owner of The Everleigh (Melbourne, AU), author of A Spot at the Bar (https://amzn.to/2ZIv8ZI) and was also named one of the most influential by Australian Bartender magazine. The cocktail is reminiscent to the Unusual Negroni - with the addition of an orange liqueur and a touch of lemon juice, turning it into a Unusual Negroni Sour, of sorts. INGREDIENTS - 22.5ml Gin (0.75 oz) - 22.5ml Aperol (0.75 oz) - 22.5ml Lillet Blanc (0.75 oz) - 15ml Orange Curacao (0.5 oz) - 15ml Lemon Juice (0.5 oz) METHOD 1.
