The Fortune Cocktail was inspired by the Serendipity, a cocktail from the Hemingway Bar within the Ritz, Paris. Combine all the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, into your cocktail shaker 2. Shake with ice 3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass 4. Top with a dash of sparkling 5.
