Green chillies, slit into middle, हरी मिर्च Prepared paste, तैयार किया हुआ पेस्ट ¼ cup Water, पानी 2-3 cups Water, पानी Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार Fried fish, तली हुई मछली ½ inch Ginger (peeled & finely chopped) अदरक 2 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves, finely chopped, धनिया पत्ता 1 tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस For Garnish Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता Process For Marination ● In a bowl, add indian salmon fish, turmeric powder, degi red chili powder, salt to taste, curd and mix it well. ● Keep it aside to marinate for a while. For Paste ● In a bowl, add onions, turmeric powder, degi red chili powder, coriander powder, tender coriander stems with roots and salt to taste. ● Transfer it to a mixer grinder jar and grind it into a smooth paste. ● Keep it aside for further use. For Frying ● In a pan, add mustard oil, once it's smoky hot, place marinated fish pieces and cook them for 2 minutes on each side. ● Transfer it to a tray and keep it aside for further use.
