Einkorn Sourdough Bread with just 3 Ingredients - The most Ancient Bread

In this video we will be baking an einkorn sourdough bread with just 3 ingredients, very likely exactly the same ingredients our ancestors used to bake bread. Einkorn has an incredible unique taste that is very different to any other bread you have likely tasted so far. The golden color of the crumb looks superb. I will show you the whole process from scratch. Ingredients: - 500 Grams of Einkorn flour - 100 Grams of Sourdough starter, ideally Einkorn too. You can feed your starter with Einkorn. - 10 Grams of salt - 325 Grams of water. That's it, no further ingredients needed. Pour it all together, stir it and let it start fermenting. The longer you ferment, the more sour your final bread will be. I'd suggest a minimum of 6 hours, but this is personal preference. Happy baking. Let me know if you have any questions.
