He now owns The Everleigh in Melbourne which is a must visit! 1 oz (30 ml) blended scotch whisky 1 oz (30 ml) @threefolddistilling Blood Orange Gin ¾ oz (22.5 ml) sweet vermouth ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Benedictine 2 dashes orange bitters Lemon twist
