Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Serves 4-5 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 2 large -Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp -Mongphali (Peanuts) roasted & chopped 2 tbs -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves -Hari mirch (Green chillies) julienne 2 -Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Safed til (Sesame seeds) 1 & ½ tsp -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 & ½ Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -Deseed capsicum,cut into julienne & cut onion into half-moon slices. -In a bowl,add capsicum,onion,red chilli crushed,pink salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder,peanuts,lemon juice & mix well. -In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,green chillies,curry leaves,cumin seeds,sesame seeds,mix well & fry until fragrant. -Add onion & capsicum mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. -Turn off the flame & let it cool down a bit (2-3 minutes). -Add yogurt,fresh coriander & mix well. -Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with chapati!
