Serves: 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 350g -Water 3/4 Cup -Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup -Olper’s Cream ½ Cup or as required -Ghee (Clarified butter) 3-4 tbs or as required -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp -Akhrot (Walnuts) roughly chopped 3-4 tbs -Gold warq (Edible gold leaf) -Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped Direction: -In a wok,add dates,water,bring it to boil & cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes then turn off the flame & blend well with the help of a hand blender. -Add milk,cream & mix well. -Turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. -Add clarified butter,mix continuously & cook on medium flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (15-20 minutes) (take heavy bottom or non-stick pan to avoid sticking). -Add cardamom powder,walnuts & mix well. -Garnish with edible gold leaf,walnuts & serve!
