Churro Donuts!

5 tbsp butter, 1 cup water, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, ¾ tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp salt, 2 cups flour, 2 eggs (at room temperature) for batter. ½ cup sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon for top of churros. If batter is thin, let batter in pastry bag sit in freezer for 15-30 minutes (put rubber band tight on top end and tape on the tip, so it doesn’t leak). ¡Buen Provecho!
