Chocolate Art - Carrot cake

CARROT CAKE First grate the carrot In a bowl add 125 grams of oil Add 125 grams of sugar And mix it nicely. Then add 3 eggs and mix it. And add 1 orange zest Add 1 cup of grated carrot And mix it keep a side Take150 grams of all purpose flour in a bowl Add 5 grams of cinnamon powder Add pinch of nutmeg powder Add 4 grams of baking powder Add 3 grams of baking soda Add 25 grams of corn flour And sieve it in a bowl Add 50 grams of soaked raisins And mix it again. Then transfer this mixture into egg mixture And mix it nicely Now pour this mixture into cake moulds and Cupcakes and put in oven and bake 180 c For 20 minutes. #vahchef
